    Brian LaCroix

    President

    Brian joined Setronics in 2002 as a Field Service Technician, quickly distinguishing himself through his commitment to customer service and his ability to creatively design security system solutions. Throughout his tenure, Brian has played a key role in engineering a wide range of customized integrated security solutions deployed at major retail conglomerates and other industries, leading to his promotion to Project Engineer in 2006. In 2010 he was promoted to Vice President of Engineering, where he led a cross-functional team that designed, engineered and implemented a multi-phase IP migration project for a Fortune 500 retailer. He was also instrumental in identifying business partner ventures, which led the company to its first acquisition in 2012. In recognition of his drive to grow Setronics’ core competencies, Brian was promoted to President in April 2013. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Northeastern University, Massachusetts electrical licenses, and various certificates from industry manufacturers.

    Mike Salvas

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mike joined Setronics in 2021. He is a CPA with over 25 years of financial experience across a variety of industries. He began his career at a large national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Alexandria, VA, where he earned his CPA. From there he moved to Boston and worked for another REIT with offices and properties around the globe, spending significant time in Chicago and San Francisco working on highly complicated joint ventures. More recently he was a senior financial executive at a telecommunications company. He brings to Setronics financial leadership gained from both large international public companies and smaller privately owned businesses.

    Jim Bryant

    Vice President of Operations

    Jim brings Setronics over twenty-five years of retail management experience in Loss Prevention and Asset Protection, where he managed 80 retail locations with combined sales of $1.6B. During his tenure in retail he partnered with Setronics in the development of a patent-pending theft deterrent technology, and he was a customer of Setronics for nearly 20 years before joining the service side of the physical security industry. Jim prides himself on his ability to foster long-term client relationships based on the shared values of quality, integrity and trust. He holds multiple certifications including Loss Prevention, Wicklander & Zulawski Interview and Interrogation, Reid Interview and Interrogation, National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators, and Management of Aggressive Behavior.
