Our camera system is a very valuable tool that many people in this company use in its day-to-day operations. We have Setronics camera banks in our dispatch office, maintenance facility, and all of our key people can log on to the system from any computer at any time. Over the last five years our cameras have allowed us to correct a lot of bad behavior that we were unaware of before. Being able to show an employee video footage has allowed us to correct a wide range of issues ranging from SOP violations up to serious safety violations and accidents. We’ve also used footage to modify best practices and to apply corrective actions when necessary. I can sincerely say that I couldn’t imagine this company operating today without our Setronics camera system.
Over the last five years I’ve had the opportunity to develop a great working relationship with Paul Ziemba and the Setronics sales and service team. Paul is very knowledgeable and his suggestions on design, hardware, and its placement have been invaluable to us. Sales and service have also been great; all of my dealings with them have been efficient and they were always very professional on site. The cameras have been nearly flawless in the past few years since they were installed. A few times we’ve needed some help figuring out how to use certain aspects of the software and your support people have always been great. It’s a real pleasure doing business with a company like yours.
I never realized how useful a camera system could be until we had it up and running. I personally find myself using them to keep an eye on my production floor when I’m working remotely. Our operations manager has found them quite useful for verifying counts whenever customers call citing a discrepancy. He was even able to prove that some damage to a customer’s parts wasn’t done by us, as we could see the damage on the frame as it was unloaded from the customer’s truck. HR has also found them useful when investigating incidents. Overall, I’m very glad we made the investment in this camera system.
Since leaving Shaw’s, I have found no company that compared to your customer service.
